Zach Miller

Gina worked at the agency for the previous retiring agent for years. She made the transition to Zach Miller State Farm when the agency began. She continues to be our leading Auto & Home Insurance new customer guru. Gina works diligently to ensure that our customer’s insurance needs in home, auto and life are taken care of. Gina is determined to make your insurance experience enjoyable. She currently resides with her family in Bryan. She enjoys working in Bryan and supporting its local businesses when possible.

Brittany started with Zach Miller State Farm in 2018 part time before coming on as a full-time team member. Since then, she has provided exceptional billing assistance to our customers. She works thoroughly to answer our costumers concerns with any changes to their policies. Brittany has quickly acquired knowledge in our Home, Auto, Life, Health & Commercial Insurance and excelled in providing friendly service to our customers. She has always called Fayette her home and serves that community in a multitude of ways.

Ashlee joined Zach Miller State Farm in April of 2024. Although new to the industry, she has seventeen years of customer service experience and will always go the extra mile to make sure our customers insurance needs are met. Ashlee quickly acquired the knowledge required to attain her multi-state licensing in Home, Auto, Life and Health insurance to better assist our customers, but continues to strive to learn as much as she can about the industry. She resides in Bryan, Ohio with her two children.

Monica started at Zach Miller State Farm when the agency started. Since then, she has helped numerous customers walk through claims, billing issues and other insurance concerns that arise. She works hard to bring understanding to insurance issues with our customers. She is an advocate for our customer through the sometimes-difficult claims process to make it as easy as possible. Monica is the wife of Zach Miller and currently resides in Arch bold with her family.
